How long after placing an order before it is shipped?
We work very hard to get your order assembled and shipped as soon as possible. However, everything takes time. It may take less time, but please allow 2 – 3 business days for the processing of your order before it is shipped out.

How long for delivery after order is placed?
Taking into account the processing and transit time, you can expect your order in 5 – 10 business days.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, if you are on a specific time frame and need your order rushed, for an additional cost we do offer expedited shipping services. Depending on the speed of service you choose the additional cost ranges from $15 to $40.

Can we pick up our order at the warehouse?
Though we do realize shipping is not always the most desirable method of purchase for people, due to insurance and liability risks, we do not offer warehouse pickup. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

What carrier do you use?
All of our products are shipped via UPS Ground.

When your order has been processed and shipped we will send you an e-mail notification. This e-mail notification will also include the tracking number for your package.
